The Qualified Professional (QP) ensures delivery of consumer support services for assigned location. QPs provide clinical oversight and support to waiver and AFL programs, mainly. The position supervises personnel and contracted providers to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including the proper delivery and documentation of services and through quality assurance activities.
