Private Duty LPN – Full-Time – Red Bank, TN

 

Overview
Join Adoration Private Duty for a meaningful opportunity providing one-on-one skilled nursing care for a young female patient in Red Bank. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to build trust through ongoing, personalized care in either the home or school setting, based on the child’s schedule.

 

Highlights

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

  • Location: Red Bank, TN

  • Setting: In-home or at school, depending on the day’s needs

  • Patient: Young female, dependent for care

  • Female nurse preferred for continuity and comfort

Responsibilities

• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
• Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
• Monitor and record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately
• Observe, assess and record patient’s physical and mental condition and report any changes
• Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, as assigned

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients and family members
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
