The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the foster care and family services components of the program. The ProgramManager shares with the Executive Director the responsibility for the care and protection of all the children residing in StepStone Family and Youth Services foster homes, and for the hiring, training, and supervision of all treatment personnel. In the Executive Director’s absence, the Program Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the financial and physical resources of the agency. The Program Manager or assigned delegate will be accessible by telephone to assist in emergencies.

The Family Specialist/Behavioral Specialist position will be responsible for managing a Foster Family caseload of primarily ADH/CDH families caring for DDD members who require a Behavior Treatment Plan (BTP). The position will be responsible for writing BTPs, training families on the requirements of the BTP, monitoring BTP documentation and assessing the effectiveness of the BTP. They will also be responsible for managing the foster care license of the foster family provider and providing case management for those families.
Conducts case file record reviews for compliance with regulations/company processes and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions to ensure contractual performance expectations.

The goal of Safe at Home WV is to safely reduce reliance on in-state and out-of-state congregate care for youth ages 12-17. Safe at Home WV will provide for trauma-focused treatments delivered in an environment that safely preserves family relationships and empowers families to help meet their own needs. The primary goals of Wraparound intervention are to support family strengths, promote community involvement and ownership, and provide the needed resources to families to improve family well-being and reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect. The Wraparound Facilitator will coordinate, create, and individualize services and supports to fit the unique needs of the child and family while building upon their strengths.

The primary goals of the intervention are to support family strengths, promote community involvement and ownership, provide the needed resources to families to improve family well-being, and reduce need for intensive psychiatric in-patient care. The CSED Case Manager will coordinate, create, and individualize services and supports to fit the unique need of the child and family while building upon their strengths. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
