The HRIS Analyst II role is responsible for maintaining our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR team, business processes, support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst II will lead the implementation of new modules/functionality and applications (if appropriate) as well as provide support and administration of existing applications. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting operational data needs in our HR applications including ADP Enterprise, Cornerstone, iCIMS and any future applications that the company will utilize. The analyst will participate in the implementation of new modules/functionality and applications (if appropriate) as well as ongoing support and administration of existing applications. This position will be expected to support our end-users to best leverage the systems and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary.
SPECIAL EDUCATION/ACCOMMODATIONS COORDINATOR will pProvide training and education to staff. and students. Coordinate with Leaders, field clinicians, and new hires to identify education needs. Along with subject matter experts, develop clinical education and accommodations assessmentds based on industry needs. Collaborate with center leadership on the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of student needs and preparation of .education programs and curriculums. Perform new hire and ongoing clinical education, and simulated lab education as needed, based on needs identified by the operation.
