The Case Manager will be responsible for assisting guests in obtaining documents necessary to obtain housing. The Case Manager will also act as the main point of contact and support for participants through the duration of the program.
The Community Outreach Program Manager focuses on building a network of community partners to provide resources and affordable housing to participants. This position will manage the housing staff and provide guidance, training, and development to help them best support the participants with finding housing.
The Program Supervisors are reponsible for overseeing the project’s programmatic activities and operations. Reviews, recommends, reports, and implements programs and operational goals to ensure that the project meets contractual obligations and compliance issues. Analyzes processes and procedures to optimize performance. Prioritizes assignments and adjusts or adapts service delivery as needed.
Conducts case file record reviews for compliance with regulations/company processes and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions to ensure contractual performance expectations.
