The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. The nurse instructs, motivates, and assists clients in health maintenance and disease prevention to improve their ability to live independently at home. The nurse supervises, directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client’s plan of care. Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities. This position is part time, 20 hours per week.
