The Licensing Specialist will develop territories, increase target populations, develop sales plans, develop rapport with potential candidates, and help increase awareness of the need for caregivers in the community. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Director is responsible for tasks related to the overall operations of the StepStone Program as well as ensures compliance of accreditation guidelines. This position is responsible for the supervision of trainers, administrative staff, and administrative supervision of case managers.

The Youth Care Worker provides direct care to youth in a group home setting. The Foster Parent Recruiter is also responsible for taking new families through the SAFE and state licensing process and an abbreviated annual renewal process of their foster care license.
