This will include: Oversees multiple pharmaceutical services including pharmaceutical care activities for customers within the service area and monitors, ensures patient outcomes are documented and reported proactively. The Senior Manager of Medical Records will be the company’s main responsible agent for successfully integrating PharMerica’s pharmacy systems and processes with our client’s needs for paper Medication and Treatment Administration Records (MAR/TARs).
