This position will record and process referral information as well as document in patient information database. The E-Referral Specialist will schedule registration and admission visits, prepare all required paperwork for admission as well as act as a liaison between patients, families, referral sources, physicians and admission staff. They will also assist in distribution of admission information and report to primary teams and physicians.
