The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Manager oversees delivery of consumer support services for assigned location. This position supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. Multiple resource and/or reimbursement models may be involved in achieving objectives with broad guidelines.

Proficient in organizing and maintaining contract documentation, insurance enrollments, and credentialing files to ensure accessibility and accuracy for all stakeholders. Has effective communication with providers and healthcare organizations, ensuring timely completion of enrollment processes and maintaining up-to-date records of insurance participation.
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Duties include providing routine care, general observation of client’s health status, assists the RN and physician in treatments and communicating with clients and their families/guardians. Reports changes in condition and/or additional client needs to supervisor.
