Overview

The IV Implementation Project Manager position will be an integral member of the team to transition IV dispensing to Framework LTC for over 100 of PharMerica’s pharmacies across the nation. 

 

This role will lead communication, and project administration.     

 

The position is fully remote except for 10% travel for training purposes. Can reside anywhere in the USA mainland.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Administrator of project timelines and follows up with Implementation, IT or pharmacy teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate and Monitor:
    • Manages communication with pharmacies and staff
  • Documentation:
    • Maintains highly organized documentation regarding each pharmacy and keep project management tool(s) up-to-date
    • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings; take and distribute detailed notes.   
  • Provide Feedback:
    • Consults frequently and regularly with pharmacy leaders to discern best practices and advise on specifics related to implementation
    • Relays information to team to evaluate improvement in conversions
  • Standardization:
    • Understands and educates others on the importance of company’s data standards and internal team consistency

This position will require 5-10% travel for training.   

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields
  • Three to five years of experience with software project coordination/implementation in a client-facing environment or corporate support role preferred
  • Two or more years Long Term Care experience or healthcare software knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Framework LTC preferred  
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Click-Up, Monday, Trello etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy and accuracy
    • Proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with strong emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence working independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and easily adaptable to new technology
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Experience with software project coordination/implementation experience in a client-facing environment or corporate support role preferred
  • Comfortable with setting clear deadlines and ensuring adherence to timeline
