The Talent Management & M&A Leader will actively support the HR Teams by delivering robust talent management processes and leading HR integration activity within the Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care and Rehabilitation lines of business.  The Talent Management & M&A leader will proactively partner with the Senior Director of M&A, as well as the Corporate Talent Management team within BrightSpring Health Services. This role requires someone that is highly organized, has expertise in the talent management space, experience in HR M&A and has a desire to drive change through continuous improvement.  This role will champion best in class talent management processes enable delivery of a future focused people strategy.


  • Partners with HR and Business Leaders to effectively execute acquisition integrations
  • Develops, implements, and keeps current the HR M&A play book for Home Health and Hospice – and leverage to other lines of business
  • Leverages current Talent Management tools and resources to enable a more robust talent management and succession planning processes within the Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care and Rehabilitation lines of business
    • These processes include, but are not limited to: Goal Setting, Annual and Mid-year Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans, and Performance Improvement Plans
  • Streamlines and drives consistency in the Talent Management Processes across the Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care and Rehabilitation lines of business
  • Supports coaching and development efforts of leaders and future leaders
  • Plans and sources effective front line leadership training for current and future front-line leaders across the Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care and Rehabilitation lines of business
  • Develops and implements metrics that demonstrate success with the implementation of programs
  • Partners with HR Team and Business Leaders to ensure effective change management to ensure effective programs and process
  • Leads and coordinates corporate HR program implementation in partnership with corporate HR support teams and HR Business Operations teams in the Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care and Rehabilitation lines of business


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in Human Resouces
  • Three (3) year experience in Talent Management and HR M&A Execution
  • SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred
  • Knowledge of broad spectrum of HR processes preferred
  • Experience in the healtcare, home health or hospice preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and present ideas and intiatives to varying levels of employees and leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • 10% Domestic Travel
