Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting our business, services, products and brands. They develop and execute marketing strategies that meet consumer needs, generate new business leads, analyze trends and oversee our inbound marketing campaigns. (HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Implement and measure the success of comprehensive inbound marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance the organization’s brand.
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects to execution within allocated resources and budget.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other key stakeholders to help create, manage, and coordinate marketing strategies.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing through defined workflows, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new contacts and strategies to reach our target buyers.
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers; track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.
- Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
- Ability to leverage research and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Drive content management that attracts marketing qualified leads and impacts retention models.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business.
- Preferred: MBA; PMP
Work Experience
- 5+ years marketing experience implementing tactical marketing plans
- 5+ years project management experience leading large scale projects
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with CRM tools (Preferable Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
- Data-driven, trend analysis and reporting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong writing skills and creative storytelling ability
- Organizational and time management skills
- Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI preferred
