Overview

The Customer Relations Manager of Foster Care will be responsible for overseeing agency-issued training curriculum and developing effective marketing strategies to grow new business.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies strategic activities via multi-channel approach to recruit and license foster parents
  • Maintains overall file management and revisions for files
  • Facilitates monthly training classes for licensed foster parents to monitor training credit received and track completion of annual training credit hours
  • Conducts the annual recertification process for foster parents in assigned regions
  • Assists with the onboarding process of new foster parents
  • Builds sustainable relationships with targeted referral customers through the company's consultative selling strategy
  • Manages current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies
  • Coordinates with local Director to plan in-services, presentations, and address issues with referral sources
  • Participates in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding
  • Helps with the quality improvement process and implements specific programs to support
  • Promotes positive public relations with patients, family members, and guests

Qualifications

  • Experience in external and internal stakeholder communications
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of business strategy development
