Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The RCM Analyst will report to the Contract Implementation Manager and work in our Centennial, CO office.

The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.


As a core member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will be expected to perform for CPR+ and Zirmed user and site setups. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.


As a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst, you will...

  • As the user administrator for CPR+ access, maintain users and respond to security audit requests.
  • Create and maintain CPR+ price matrices and communicate changes to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and field staff.
  • Create and maintain payers in CPR+, reviewing for additions, changes and proper utilization.
  • Maintain Amerita’s contract and fee schedule database.
  • Manage user access for payer portals as the primary administrator.
  • Work closely with RCM staff to research revenue adjustments to identify opportunities to adjust CPR+ pricing tables to more accurately book revenue.
  • Maintain all company Pop Up files in CPR+ and work with specific utility menu files.
  • Complete CPR+ site setups and maintenance as needed.
  • As the user administrator for Zirmed, maintain users and perform other functions, including ERA/EFT enrollments, patients’ statements, payer enrollments, troubleshooting for rejections, credit card transaction setup, payer override setup and eligibility setup.
  • Assist with acquisitions through site setup, user setup, payer cross-walk, creation of payers and price matrices, collection of contracts and fee schedules and Zirmed setup.
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations and company policies.



  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare Information Systems or Computer Science a plus
  • Solid knowledge of CPR+ software preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferredSolid technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot systems issues
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to independently research and interpret information
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
