⭐️ Why Clinicians Love This Full-Time Role:
- Consistent, Reliable Pay: We want you focused on your patients, not a fluctuating paycheck. Our salaried model provides a steady, dependable weekly income, offering great peace of mind.
- Zero Take-Home Paperwork: Documentation is built directly into your on-site treatment block and buttoned up 100% on-site. No charting on your couch at night—when your last session ends, your day is done.
- Thoughtful, Local Scheduling: We build your caseload intentionally within your specific regional hub to keep you local—no "road warriors" here.
- Flexible Scheduling & Autonomy: Full clinical autonomy over your treatment planning and full control over how you structure your weekly schedule layout.
- Neuro-Focused, Functional Caseloads: High-quality, deeply rewarding 1:1 rehab where you see real-world progress happen where it matters most.
🧠 About the Role:
This is not a traditional clinic-based speech therapy role. We deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings—where communication, cognition, and swallowing challenges show up in real life. You will help adult patients rebuild the ability to communicate, think, and participate in daily life after a neurological injury or illness.
💼 What You Will Support:
- Cognitive-communication recovery
- Speech and language rehabilitation
- Swallowing and functional safety
- Real-world communication in home and community settings
If you want to see real functional communication progress—not just structured therapy tasks—this is the kind of work that stays with you.
