📍 Regional PRN Openings:
We build tight, localized patient routes. PRN clinicians are matched only to the specific geographic hub closest to their home base:
- Southern Hub: Portland area
- Central Hub: Augusta & Waterville area
- Midcoast Hub: Thomaston area
- Penobscot / Eastern Hub: Dexter & Bucksport area
⭐️ Why Clinicians Love This PRN Role:
- Separately Paid Drive Time: Traffic will never dilute your clinical earnings. Every single minute you spend on the road driving between patients is paid at a flat $40/hr on top of your mileage reimbursement.
- Zero Take-Home Paperwork: Documentation is built directly into your on-site treatment block and paid at your full clinical rate ($55–$60/hr). Everything is buttoned up 100% on-site so you never take work home.
- Protection from No-Shows: If a patient cancels at the last minute, you don’t lose your income—we protect your time.
- Thoughtful, Clustered Scheduling: We respect your time and gas tank. We build your caseload intentionally within your regional hub to keep you local—no "road warriors" here.
- Ultimate Flexibility & Autonomy: Full control over your week, caseload size, and schedule layout with 1:1 focused patient care.
- Neuro-Focused, Functional Caseloads: High-quality, meaningful rehab where you see real-world progress.
🧠 About the Role:
This is not a traditional clinic-based speech therapy role. We deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings—where communication, cognition, and swallowing challenges show up in real life. You will help adult patients rebuild the ability to communicate, think, and participate in daily life after a neurological injury or illness.
💼 What You Will Support:
- Cognitive-communication recovery
- Speech and language rehabilitation
- Swallowing and functional safety
- Real-world communication in home and community settings
If you want to see real functional communication progress—not just structured therapy tasks—this is the kind of work that stays with you.
