Build a Career That Makes a Difference — Without Sacrificing Work-Life Balance

At SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care, we believe great clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it. We offer the flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work you’re looking for—all while helping children and adults live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Using positive programming and non-aversive strategies, you’ll help individuals build skills, overcome barriers, and achieve greater overall health and well-being.

One of the things that makes SpringHealth unique is that care happens where it matters most. Depending on the needs of the individual, services may be provided in family or residential homes, schools, workplaces, and other community-based settings.
