What You'll do:
- Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, training, education, and clinical support.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify individual needs and guide service planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support positive outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison with psychiatric providers and other clinical professionals to coordinate care.
- Meet regularly with consumers and their families to provide education, support, and progress updates.
- Respond to behavioral crises and emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate clinical documentation and written reports.
- Maintain organized and compliant caseload records and documentation.
- Collaborate as an active member of interdisciplinary and professional treatment teams.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff on behavioral intervention strategies and implemented programs.
- Monitor consumer progress and recommend modifications to treatment plans based on data and clinical observations
Who we are looking for:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Active Tennessee licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services
- Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a supportive clinical team
Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
