The Director of Business Development is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, driving revenue, and expanding Abode Care Partners’ presence across senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and continuing care retirement communities. This role oversees a team of Account Executives, working closely with executive leadership to implement enterprise-level sales strategies, develop high-value partnerships, and ensure consistent execution of Abode’s value-based care model.
The current territory of this role encompasses the following southern United States markets (with plans to expand):
Florida - Jacksonville, Central, Panhandle, South Florida
Texas/South Central - TX, AR, LA, MS (DFW, East TX, Gulf Coast)
GA, NC - Atlanta, Carolinas
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s market strategy, mentoring leaders, and delivering measurable business results.
