Medications you will infuse include: 

• Immunoglobulin Therapy
• IV Antibiotics
• Enteral and Total Parenteral Nutrition
• Anti-inflammatory Biologics
• Inotropes
• Clotting Factor and other specialty medications

 

 

Shifts Available:

Monday - Friday 

8am to 4:30pm

Per diem

This position is subject to a level 2 background screening. For more information on the Florida state background screening process and standards, please access and review the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

• Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Infusion Nursing and Pharmacy services as well as state laws and regulations.
• Complies to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses Association
• Develop goals of patients with Pharmacy staff
• Assesses patients and establishes appropriate plan of care base on health needs
• Educates patients and caregivers with resources and health related information
• Coordinates nursing care with Home Health agencies as required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse; Infusion and Home Health Care experience preferred
• Knowledge in IV therapy is a plus
• CPR certified
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
