Technical Leadership

· Provide senior-level technical direction for engineering, AI/ML, and architecture teams in building scalable cloud-native AI platforms.

· Lead strategies for integrating multi-source healthcare data from providers (EHR/EMR, clinical documentation, FHIR), payers (claims, eligibility), and pharmacy systems (Rx claims, medication histories, formulary data).

· Influence platform decisions around Azure cloud infrastructure, performance, scalability, and Responsible AI standards.

Requirements, Execution & Delivery

· Own end-to-end product requirements across clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, provider processes, AI/ML use cases, and regulatory domains.

· Translate complex user needs into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

· Drive Agile execution at scale, ensuring high-quality delivery and predictable roadmap progression.

Quality, Compliance & Responsible AI

· Ensure product capabilities comply with CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and internal Responsible AI policies.

· Partner with compliance, clinical, and pharmacy leaders to support audit readiness, regulatory initiatives, and model governance.

· Track emerging federal and state regulatory changes affecting provider, pharmacy, and payer workflows.

AI Insights, Analytics & Value Realization

· Champion the development of AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, care coordination recommendations, utilization insights, pharmacy adherence models, and workflow automation features.

· Ensure outputs are explainable, actionable, and embedded into provider, pharmacy, and payer workflows.

· Drive customer adoption and measurable business/clinical outcomes.

Stakeholder & Partner Leadership

· Serve as the principal product owner and primary liaison for engineering, clinical, pharmacy, and external provider partners.

· Lead customer advisory boards and strategic partner engagements across payer, provider, and pharmacy sectors.

· Build trusted relationships with executives and operational leaders.

· Strong experience with provider, pharmacy, and payer domains; familiarity with clinical, operational, or pharmacy workflows.

· Expertise in healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, claims data, medication data formats, and pharmacy system integrations.

· Proven success influencing cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI or platform solutions.

· Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Azure, AI/ML tooling, and modern MLOps frameworks.

· Knowledge of LLMs, model evaluation, agent frameworks, and AI governance.
