We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Portland, OR in a flexible PRN W2 role (not 1099). This opportunity offers professional stability, clinical support, and the freedom to make a real-world impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide counseling services that support clients’ emotional, cognitive, and behavioral adjustment throughout recovery.
- Help individuals navigate life transitions related to injury or illness, including:
- Regaining independence with daily responsibilities
- Returning to work or school
- Re-engaging in community and social activities
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, LCSWs, and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Participate in team communication and care planning to support holistic, goal-driven outcomes.
- Deliver services in real-world settings, allowing counseling to directly support functional progress.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A licensed LPC in the state of Oregon with experience supporting individuals through recovery and life transitions.
- A clinician who thrives in autonomous, community-based practice while valuing collaboration and communication.
- Someone passionate about person-centered, functional care beyond traditional clinic walls.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation, medical, or community-based settings preferred.
