We’re seeking a Clinical Assistant who is organized, proactive, and eager to support a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting clinicians, assisting with onboarding new team members, coordinating key processes, and helping ensure clinical teams have the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional care.

Skills and Competencies
-Experience with scheduling 25-50 appointments per day.
-Experience with excel spreadsheets
-High computer skills
-Available to work starting 6am CST, minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility for scheduling needs
-Available to work weekends as needed for call ins and scheduling (2-4 hrs on Saturdays)
-ideally the candidate will be on EST time
