Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD), or in a related human services discipline.
- Preferred: Experience in a supervisory, leadership, or program management role within the human services or disability services field.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and be capable of working flexible hours
- Must be able to travel between service sites, staying overnight as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- DSP 1 and DSP 2 Certifications
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification
- RBT ( Registered Behavior Technician) Certification
- ARF ( Adult Residential Facility) Credentials
Experience & Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience working in Behavioral Homes
- Knowledge and understanding of ICF ( Intermediate Care Facility) Homes
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Understanding of behavior support plans and documentation requirements
Policies and Compliance
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing Behavior Homes, ICF and ARF programs
- Experience maintaining compliance with licensing, documentation and audit requirements
