Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training
Qualifications:
- Active and current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
- Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks
