Overview

The IT Mobility Analyst is responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting mobile applications and devices, including updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This role also maintains mobile infrastructure, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve performance, and ensures compliance with security policies and lifecycle management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates, patches, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and app deployment.
  • Support the architecture, engineering, maintenance, and operation of the MDM platform and related infrastructure.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user support requests related to mobile devices and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance mobile performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device and application management processes.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including feature updates and system upgrades.
  • Partner with the IT Security team to enforce and maintain mobile security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support mobility infrastructure and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
  • Experience with mobile management platforms including MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
  • Driver’s license
  • Mobility Related Technical Certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
