• Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records

As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:

• Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision
• Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials
• Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation
• Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests
• Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)
• Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care

• Understanding expense management

• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions

Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services, an affiliated company who employs those individuals working for Adoration Home Health recently acquired certain LHC Group home health and hospice operations and is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by LHC Group until January 1, 2026 at the latest. During this period, LHC Group will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under LHC Group employee benefit plans. On or before January 1, 2026, the successful candidate’s employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services, an affiliated company who employs those individuals working for Adoration Home Health.
