Join our innovative Rehab Without Walls® Level 11 Outpatient Clinic at 5815 Bay Road, Suite 400, Saginaw, MI, and deliver impactful 1:1 patient care in flexible, PRN sessions. Help adults with neurological injuries achieve their rehabilitation goals while working with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of skilled therapists.

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver 60-minute functional rehabilitation sessions focused on patient-centered recovery.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in team meetings and family conferences.
• Complete discharge evaluations, recommend safety strategies, and provide referrals and educational resources for home and community reintegration.
• Communicate progress and needs to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate closely with other therapy professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Speech Language Pathology license in Michigan.
• Current CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.
• Ability to move, life, or transfer patients up to 100 pounds safely.
• Strong fine motor skills, visual acuity, and capacity for extended standing and walking.
• Physical ability for frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
