Private Duty CNA – Full-Time – Memphis, TN

 

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care in Memphis, TN (38115). This full-time position offers a consistent schedule, allowing you to build a strong connection with your patient while delivering high-quality care in a supportive home environment.

 

Highlights:

  • Schedule:
    • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • One-on-one patient care in a home setting

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
  • This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
  • Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirements is 18 years
  • Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
  • Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
  • Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
