The Accounts Payable Mail Specialist calls for an individual who is able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position focuses on daily handling, researching, and processing of Accounts Payable and distributing company mail/packages.

• Proficient use of computers and data entry
• Use of FedEx system
• Use of Postage meter
• Scans invoices electronically into computer imaging system
• Opens, research, codes, and distributes daily Accounts Payable and Payroll mail
• Maintains AP operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Use of stuffer machine for AP checks and letters from other departments
• Distribute mail/packages throughout the building on multiple floors

• High school GED preferred
• Mailroom experience preferred
• Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive materials.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Travel 0-25%
