• Assist in management and implement contract compliance for all PharMerica Rebate and OID Programs with brand and generic manufacturers; this includes rebate submission and tracking and compliance to contract audits.
• Assist in preparing the Annual Rebate and OID Budget process.
• Supports Senior Manager, Purchasing & Trade Relations by identifying and analyzing pharmaceutical manufactures and other vendors to maximize discounts & rebate dollars through market share programs & volume purchasing.
• Works with Senior Manager, Purchasing & Trade Relations to assist in analysis and database management of Formulary Rebates, Brand & Generic Contracting, 340b Programs and other purchasing activities.
• Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders coordinating purchasing initiatives and results with internal departments and the Purchasing & Trade Relations and Inventory teams.
• Work cross-functionally to maximize compliance and value of key vendor contracts.
• Work cross-functionally to maximize inventory compliance goals.
• Work cross-functionally to maximize 340b financial and operational goals.
• Present progress reports and decision support materials to Senior Manager, Purchasing & Trade Relations as needed.
• Ensure associated team performance of duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership for new, complex and non-routine projects that that deliver superior internal value.
• Develop, train, and communicate standard policy and practices for purchasing/inventory management.
• Report on purchase performance and compliance to standards and contractual requirements.
• Implement new data systems, programs or initiatives for the Purchasing & Trade Relations/Inventory teams.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education/Learning Experience
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience
• Required: Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in data analytics, purchasing/contract management with multi-location responsibility or 340b programs. Experience in purchasing management and vendor negotiations. Experience working with outsourced vendors, interacting with multiple functions and levels of management in a fast paced business environment.
Skills/Knowledge
• Required: Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting. Experienced with Excel, Word, SQL, and PowerPoint. Excellent communicator and problem solving ability.
• Desired: Knowledge of enterprise data systems
