The Office Coordinator tracks and processes accounts payable invoices and oversees the supervision of the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid timely and accurately.

Coordinating all of finding, scheduling, maintaining and billing modivcare trips. Assure compliance with insurance, trainings and documents for uploading into Complicore. Review remits and fix billing issues. Attend meetings and trainings. This is an office position, no transportation of individuals required.
