Our therapy team follows a best-practice, trauma-informed care model, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each youth and family we serve. At Stepstone Family and Youth Services, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Our team operates within an office-based position. Allowing flexible, hybrid work structure, where team members provide in-person therapy that may occur after school hours.
Our position follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely at home or in the community as well as from the office, based on the demands of specific tasks. Working from the office is encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. The population being at-risk youth, therapy sessions will primarily occur outside of school hours, unless otherwise indicated by the youth’s treatment plan.
