Overview

Job Title: Private Duty CNA - Part-Time

 

Overview: Join our team as a CNA providing compassionate, one-on-one care for a client in Ripley, TN. This part-time position is ideal for CNAs looking for a stable, weekday schedule with meaningful patient interaction.

 

Location: Ripley, TN

 

Schedule: Part-Time, 21 hours per week

  • Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized patient care in a home setting.
  • Support daily activities and assist with mobility and hygiene.
  • Work closely with the RN Case Manager to follow care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in TN
  • Valid Driver’s License and current CPR certification
  • Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to patient care

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
  • This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
  • Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirements is 18 years
  • Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
  • Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
  • Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
