• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all adjudication results
• Provide timely follow-up and follow-through on all applicable questions and/or concerns stemming from an adjudication result
• Learn basic aspects of all background screening processes, including, but not limited to, criminal searches, employment and education verification, drug testing, adjudication
• Manually process incoming results from designated queue by accurately input notes/comments when determining the adjudication result on an applicant
• Assist in solidifying process and identifying areas of improvement
• Provide progress reports to Management and reports as needed

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Required
• Associates degree in Criminal Justice preferred
• Prior criminal research, adjudication and/or quality experience a plus
• Familiarity with Fair Credit Reporting Act and state compliance preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under constant deadlines, organize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated with great attention to detail
• Team oriented attitude
