Overview

The Data and Compliance Manager is responsible for analyzing data, performance metrics, and developing KPI for the PBM Services team and assisting the Vice President with maintaining nationwide regulatory compliance. They will also assist the PBM Services team with escalated customer service issues, training, and other tasks as assigned by the Vice President and/or Director - Hospice PBM Services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes PBM Services data to ensure departmental performance is satisfactory and work with individual team members as needed to improve their performance
  • Regularly measure actual performance versus expectations and KPI and propose changes to baseline metrics as needed
  • Develops and maintain documentation for PBM Services data management procedures and processes
  • Identifies and format information about PBM operations and liaise with the BrightSpring compliance team as required to remain compliant with state regulations, on a state-by-state basis
  • Interfaces with internal IT teams to automate processes to improve efficiency and perform end user testing on new developments to ensure suitability for deployment
  • Supports the Business Analyst team in maintaining and managing the PBM system and performing customer/pharmacy analysis
  • Assists and augment Director - Hospice PBM Services and Vice President – Hospice PBM Services as needed
  • Supports the physical deployment of new and moving OnePoint pharmacy locations
  • May participate in orientation, training, competency assessment and yearly evaluation of Hospice PBM Technicians
  • Assists with escalated customer service issues and assist PBM staff with resolving complex pharmacy rejections

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with management and staff internally and externally.
• Experience with OnePoint Patient Care’s PBM system, Pharmacy system, and proprietary applications for patient maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) with excellent communication and writing skills.

 

 

**To perform this position will require frequent standing, sitting, and walking. It will require occasional bending, reaching, climbing (stairs/ladders), crawling, kneeling, crouching, stooping and typing on a keyboard with fingers. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 11-20 lbs**
