Amerita’s intake coordinator are responsible for working in coordination with the sales and pharmacy teams process patient referrals and admissions in a timely manner. Intake coordinators must gather necessary patient information to create patient records and working with insurance providers to verify insurance coverage and authorize services. The Intake coordinators are often the first point of contact for patients and referrals sources and must create and maintain a positive, calm and supportive atmosphere; emphasizing personal interest and compassion for our patients.
This Intake Coordinator positions is Onsite Monday - Friday 6:00pm- 9:00pm, Saturday 9:00a-5:00p.
