Private Duty CNA - Full-Time

We’re looking for two compassionate CNAs to join our Private Duty team in Hamblen County, TN, providing one-on-one care for our clients in a home environment. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy helping others and love being outdoors!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Range of Motion (ROM) exercises, and personal care needs.
• Support patient mobility and promote independence.
• Encourage outdoor activities and engagement, as the role includes opportunities to support clients in enjoying nature and fresh air.

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
