Private Duty LPN – Part-Time Weekend Shifts

Location: Union City, TN

Schedule: Every Saturday & Every Other Sunday, 7 AM - 6 PM

Patient Acuity: PEG Tube, Trach, Colostomy Care

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Private Duty LPN for a part-time role providing high-quality, personalized care in Union City. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PEG tube feedings and medication administration.
• Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and monitoring.
• Provide colostomy care and ensure the patient’s comfort.
• Assess and document changes in the patient’s condition.
• Communicate effectively with family members and the care team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Tennessee.
• Experience with PEG tube, trach, and colostomy care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a compassionate, patient-first approach.
