Overview

The Audit Coordinator partners with operations and other support teams to ensure quality integrity in services and process efficiency through inspection auditing and collaboration. They ensure adherence to audit schedules, communicate audit results and trends to management, and provide recommendations for policy and process improvements. The Audit Analyst fosters compliance with both internal and external requirements and educates field operations regarding audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implement auditing policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with internal departments to gather information and ensure audit tools align with company objectives
  • Continuously develop skillsets necessary to perform comprehensive quality audits
  • Oversees and ensure timely completion of audits for all applicable operations
  • Educates staff on audit processes and compliance requirements
  • Communicates audit results and trends to management and other corporate departments
  • Makes recommendations for policy revisions and training improvements based on audit findings
  • Prepares and review written reports to communicate observations and recommendations
  • Facilitates compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and report audit risks to senior management
  • Works with regional operations and quality leadership to identify priorities and recommend improvement actions
  • Provides expertise on policy interpretation and process improvements
  • Utilizes data from audits to guide recommendations for quality improvement
  • Maintains expert knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Supports ethical and lawful service provision by the operations team
  • Proactively identify issues and seek guidance from leadership when needed
  • Ensures communication between corporate departments and the audit team
  • Participates in special projects and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and recommend process improvements
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to audit processes
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks and improve operational performance
