Overview

Haven Hospice is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) for our hospice operations. The Triage RN is the key line of communication for coordination and care of patients after normal business hours. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your RN skills, while supporting one of the top hospice companies in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls from the answering service after hours and/or weekends
  • Coordinate patient care to include scheduled patient visits, on-call visits, and after-hours admissions
  • Accurately record patient information related to calls

Qualifications

  • Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
  • One (1) year hospice experience, preferred
  • Prior experience with triage, preferred
