Responsibilities

The Manager, Client Billing serves as the primary account representative in all billing matters for a designated customer.  Executive presence, solid analytical and strong decision making skills are critical in this position as one of the front facing representative of our company with our valued customers.  This position will interact with all levels of our business, including senior leadership, representing the business in billing matters with the customer.

  • Interprets contractual documents to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms
  • Participates in implementation of new customers, conversions, and contract addendums
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and/or clients in respect to the functions of Client Billing
  • Provides a clear customer-focused sense of direction for the department
  • Develops and implements strategic action plans for department, anticipates future needs
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Seven years of experience in discipline
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within discipline
