The RCM Trainer is responsible for providing support and education to all revenue cycle positions within the organization. The RCM Trainer will observe company policies and all applicable laws and regulations regarding the billing and collection of medical claims and consumer debts. This position will also be responsible for updating and managing payer summaries, education material, and policies and procedures. They must have the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multi-task. The RCM Trainer in concert with the Revenue Cycle Corporate Training Manager will consistently assess day-to-day operations to standardize, eliminate and automate processes to promote efficiency. Above all, qualified candidates should possess exceptional internal and external customer service skills and actively promote Amerita’s.
