Oversight of the assigned care management line of business. Ensure staff are providing services in accordance with care management service requirements set by the state and company. Responsible for reviewing all Tailored Care Management care plans and Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and will provide guidance to care managers on how to meet members’ needs. Supervises up to eight Care Managers.
Qualifications:
Education:
A master’s degree in a field related to health, psychology, sociology, social work (e.g., LCSW), nursing, or another relevant human services area, and three years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to complex individuals with an I/DD or a TBI.
