 Shift Details: Either 4/10's -1900-0500 Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon OR 3/12's - 1900-0700. Sat, Sun, Mon.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders
  • Administer and manage medication
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
  • Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable
  • Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas LVN License in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
  • Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings
