SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care
4pm-6pm in-home 10-11 hours per week
As an in-home behavioral technician, you will work under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) or a behavior specialist to provide one-on-one or group instruction and support to students with autism and/or behavioral health needs. You will implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help students achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals. You will also collect and record data on student progress, communicate with teachers, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
